Hey Everyone,

I just relocated the family to VA and would like to get some insight into the market. I'm looking to begin investing in multifamily homes, two homes one lot or three unit or four unit buildings\houses to create some passive income.

i started a LLC last year based in Maryland do i need to transfer the LLC to Virginia?

Are there any local REA's in the 22546 area?

Is West Virginia considered part of the Virginia market?

What do you think is the best area in VA to begin investing in B, B- , & C class neighborhoods?

any advice and or input is greatly welcome.

Thanks

Jean-Frank
