Hey Everyone,

Are you a Wholesaler,Investor, Agent ,property manager, hard money lender, private money lender or any other real estate pro local to the Ruther Glen VA 22546 area?

Then we need to meet ,connect, share and grow our local market. I have not been able to find a local REIA for our market and I know it would benefit us all if we started one. So here is a challenge for all who are willing lets do it. Let's get together and build.

Please leave me a comment and your info so we can connect and create a great local resource. We can even develop our own mastermind.

I know our market has a lot to offer.

thank you and i hope to here from you soon.

@Keith That’s great can you message me a list of the neighborhoods you are interested in so I can see if the properties I’m being offered are in them? Thanks

Hey Everyone,

Can anyone recommed a great real estate lawyer in  baltimore city?

Someone who knows how to deal with baltimore city government, tax liens, water bills, code enforcement and anything else the city could throw at them.

I've got a few things that i will deffinately need a legal ninja for. :)

thanks

Jean-Frank

Hey Guys and Gals
What do you make of this ? I'm trying to lockup a house and the owner on record from the tax office is the original owner but i have another individual stating that he is the current owner because he foreclosed on the property in a tax sale . the thing is the tax office has no record of him at all and maintains the original owner is the current owner by the way, the delinquent taxes have a $54,500.00 payout to the city not to the person claiming to be the owner. My idea is to skip trace the Original owner on record and offer him a price for the deed and pay the back taxes and own it out right. What is your take ?

Thanks everyone.

I'll do a bit of neighborhood hopping to get feel for the areas.
