@Colton Shaw  I figured the photos they used were not of their actual customers to protect their privacy.  I would think there would be reviews.. I did look for them and was unable to find anything. :/  That's why I decided to post here..I figured maybe somebody here had an experience they could share!

@Chris Soignier  Well, from what I read on the website is they have no access to your personal information, your name, the credit card number or account number they would be "piggybacking" on, so therefore would not be able to actually use the credit card.

@Scott Trench - Totally agree with you.  My credit is a few points from being at an 800 and I definitely don't want to do any harm to it. I've been building it for years.   I just figured if the whole thing was legit, it may be a way to finance some investing stuff with the income made from it is all.

Thank you everybody for your words of widsom so far! :)  Look forward to reading more replies..hopefully somebody that has actually done this can chime in here!

Hey fellow BP'ers!  So I just stumbled upon this website (shareyourcredit.com) and I'm wondering if anybody here has had any experience with it?  I'm debating giving it a try, but I'm pretty leary still and would love to hear if anybody has heard of or tried it.  To sum it up, it's basically a company that tries to help individuals with low credit scores by matching them with people that have good credit scores.  They then "piggyback" on your credit for 1-2 months.  Your credit history then becomes their credit history on the accounts they are added as an authorized user.  The person with the good credit is paid monthly.  I have scoured the internet trying to find more information on this process and this company in particular, but haven't really learned anything other than what they say on their site.  I would love to hear thoughts on this.  There doesn't seem to be any risk as the person piggybacking does not have any of your financial information..not even your name.  It seems like it could possibly be some nice passive income to help save up for my real estate investing!

Look forward to hearing your opinions! :)

@James Vermillion thank you! I hope it will be a good strategy for me! I recently read something about a snowballing effect. I'm not sure if you've heard of this strategy, but it makes a lot of sense to me. say you have a few different rental properties...you take all of the extra money you are getting from rent from the other properties and apply that to the principal of one home until it is paid in full...then you start with the next property until that is paid off...Do you use this strategy or do you know of anybody using it?

@Mark Ferguson thank you! I love your blog! I've read quite a few of your articles! :)

@Brandon Turner Thanks for that list! My next book to buy and read will be the Book on Flipping houses from J Scott I've heard that it is one of the best for flipping houses and it covers everything! :)

@Phil, Thanks, I'll have to look into the Aliante area... I've been primarily searching in the SW and NW area of Vegas..

@Glen...thanks for so much great info! I may have to take you up on some of your referrals! I'll definitely need to find a good agent out here along with a lender, and a reasonably priced contractor. I'm hoping to just start with cash. I should have a projected 70-90k to start with. That was why I was thinking condo's...I was hoping to find a nice one with potential in the 50k range and that would leave me some money for reno's and hopefully be able to flip it for a profit. I don't know though, I feel like I still have a lot more research to do! It definitely sucks you can't get loans on condos. I found that out several months back when I was looking to purchase one...

I'd definitely like to get into buying Single Family Homes....but that will have to wait until I can get my cashflow up a bit. I would love to be able to buy places all cash...then if I need, get a hard money loan for the reno's.

I'll definitely check out redfin! Thanks for the heads up! :)

@Phillip Dwyer - Thank you! I look forward to checking out one of the meetups! Do you host it through meetup.com? I will definitely add that to my keywords! I actually just heard about being able to do that on a Bigger Pockets podcast today! :)

@Ali Boone - Thanks Ali! It's been kind of chilly here (50's today I believe)....I actually moved from the LA area back in August! I miss those 70-80 degree days we'd get in the middle of December! lol So nice to break up winter a little bit!!

@Robert Adams- Thank you Robert! I hope the market starts trending more towards buyers! I need to get a few deals! lol It doesn't seem like that many good deals are out there right now! What's your experience with condo's and townhouses out here....would it be better to get into a condo or a townhome? More than likely I'll be paying cash....but for resell what do you think would be better to fix and flip?
