Bobby that area of mid town is good for the most part. But like a lot of mid town areas you can go a couple of blocks one way or another and be in areas that you do not necessarily want to invest.  The market here still seems strong but I do think things a about to soften a little.

Frayser/ Raleigh New Construction:  I am trying to judge interest in a new construction development north of the Nike Warehouse in Frayser.  We would provide rent ready new construction homes or homes that could be sold through owner financing.  The first phase of 33 lots is ready to build on with a second phase ready to develop.

I agree with Curt stay above $70 - $80k.  The areas below that can be risky though there can be some great deals you have to be careful.  Memphis is a great area to invest and offer many opportunities in the city as well as in the suburbs.  Please feel free to message me with any questions.
