So by filling an opra can I get this info before it goes to eviction court or will it be after the judgement is filled because I figure a lock out is after the judgement is made is the first way threw the judge able to reach the landlord before the court date? thanks

Thanks for the feedback I have been wholesaling in nj for 4 years. I know a few wholesalers that do it full time but totally agree with you that you can go somewhere else and get alot more bang for your buck, I am basically just flipping and holding now so it makes sense at this point because the 10k is turned into a hundred when your actually doing the work or holding it for years. I sent you an college request I think we would do somethings together talk soon thanks

I wanted to know people's opinion of anyone that uses TLO as opposed to getting the info from the credit bureau's directly. I hear alot of people talk about getting it directly from the credit bureau but I never heard anyone's first hand experience.

I am looking for people to doorknock on certain houses in any town you chose these owners are behind on there payments and you explain to them how you can get them out of debt avoid foreclosure and get the bank to give them up to $15,000 to sell there house. If your interested you get

$2 dollars to just leave a note on there door

$20 if you can get them to agree to talk to me about there options

$1000 if the property gets listed

up to +$10,000 if I buy it or flip it to someone else

If your interested inbox me if you refer someone and they get a deal I will give you 500 for the referral. This is a great way to get started in real estate I am working on 2 properties right now and wouldn't mind showing you how it is done. Earn as you learn.

I have talked to a few investors that get phone numbers of people on certain lists and call them directly it seems like a big advantage. I was told they would sell me the list for a dollar a name and number. But the list is in areas I don't like and the areas I like the investor likes too so its a conflict. Does anyone have any resources on a company I can pay to get that information from?

I am looking for any investors starting out looking to learn investing. I deal with shortsales am looking for someone who is interested  in learning how to wholesale  and rehab properties and get paid as you learn, I will pay someone to door knock lis pendens I will pay a small fee to put a note on the door if no one is home, more money if they actually get a phone number from the owner and will split the profit if it gets listed or if I purchase. So you get paid as you learn, if interested inbox me and see if we can work together. Spanish speaking preferred but not required looking for individuals who can easily make it to newark middlesex and monmouth county

That's pretty much it what else would you like to know

Hello I am  looking to buy a commercial apartment building out of state 30+ units. I am in N.J. and things here are so expensive and barely sell. I am looking to start farming areas for deals and would like some advice on specific counties or towns that seem like they would be worth investing in. Ideally I would like something that has an increasing population, increasing employment rate, and that is diversified for example that isn't all depending on one sector of industry ie a military base (if it closes unemployment will go up massively). And something that has affordable prices I feel like the south would probably have areas that would fit that criteria. Any feed back on areas you are having success would be greatly appreciated.
