Hudson and Marshall has been a good site for my area as well as auction.com.

Hubzu is another though I haven't heard anything positive about it this far, lots of forum posts regarding this as well.

eBay has even had a decent inventory in the past for certain areas though not much in my area in the past couple years for some reason.

Welcome to BP! There is so much information here that's it can certainly be overwhelming at times. Glad to see that the northeast Ohio BP presence is growing, if your ever down in the Youngstown area certainly give a shout my way. Best of luck! 

Eric M. Joshua Dorkin Yes I am having the same issue with the BP app, it does close down as soon as you view a user profile. I love using the app but it's not quite as useful yet as the actual site. Looking forward to improvements on the app!

I'm mostly interested in 2-4 family property right now as I don't have access to capital or financing set up to jump to anything larger at this point. I would certainly be open to larger multi-family in the near future as I put together the resources though. I currently only have a 3-family property and 2 single family, one of which I live in. Did you have so egging available in the Youngstown area? 

Zoran M. What is your fathers home building company? I work for a small architecture firm as my day job with a focus on residential new construction and renovation so we're always looking for qualified contractors.

Nathan Bibb Thanks for the welcome Nathan and I'm certainly excited to see that there is quite a bit of Youngstown activity on BP. I am certainly familiar with House to Home and actually did a flip directly across the street from you guys last year on Melrose in Boardman. I met Shawn Tiberio while we were there who I'm guessing is the other half of your company? I would certainly love to get involved with the local REIA and will definitely check out the website and the kickoff. Thanks again for the invite!
