I have 2600 sq ft of extra engineered hardwood that I can sell for $1.10/sf. Also, have 216 sq ft of 18" square tan color tile for $0.90/sf. If interested please PM me and I'll send you pictures.

@Derek Hughes I have not been to that one yet, but have been to the one in Canton a few times. The next one is in January, so I might go to the one at Cherokee Cattle Company next.

To all investors and realtors with experience in rehabbing and flipping in Cobb County, Marietta, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Metro Atlanta area, and surroundings, when it comes to rehabbing a house, when is it a good move to paint the exterior of a ranch style SFH? Do you get your money back and then some when you paint the exterior with a trendy white, cream, or grey color, vs leaving the brick as-is (assuming the brick is already in good condition)?

Thanks for all your input!

You still need some money to pay for the attorney's fees, appraisals, inspections, insurance, and other closing costs. Not much, but you do need some.

The best way to start without money is wholesaling. You're gonna have to hustle more than other investors too.

Hey @Jeff Brown welcome to BP! This is a great place to start in RE Investing. As you know, here you can find all sorts of resources that people share freely. Look into amazing tools and resources like:

Weekly webinars:

https://www.biggerpockets.com/webinar

Or the forums, or great guides and books:

https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investin...

https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/01/3...

https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/01/0...

http://get.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook/

Or you can analyze deals to start getting practice before you actually jump in:

I would also suggest you look for local Real Estate Investing Associations or clubs meetings to begin networking with people in the industry. Start educating yourself like crazy and stay focused.

All the best man
