I see a lot of articles and posts here on BP on Solo 401k plans and administrators, but have been unable to find any on Defined Benefit plans. I am looking for recommendations on reasonably priced administrators/providers that provide good services. Any inputs/feedback is welcome.

Great topic. I'd like to see opinions from some of the more experienced folks as well...I'd assume that minimum cost to build would be about $100/sqft (likely more in CA)...

@Raquel Pea Any luck obtaining the list? Keep up posted.

@Rick H.  BP moderators redacted the website in a couple of your other posts as well where you mention a 3rd party website where this list can be obtained from free. Is that PropertyRadar? Can you PM me the sitename? Thanks.

Thanks Sean. Appreciate your assistance. Very helpful tips. I will plan to do most of the research myself.

Hi,

I moved from NJ to CA sometime ago and am looking to buy a primary residence in Alameda or Contra Costra counties and am looking for a good deal on a house. I have experience buying at auctions in NJ, but the system here in CA is fairly different. In NJ, I did most of the title research online myself via public resources, and had a pretty good system built up, and successfully flipped 6 to 8 houses last year. I am unable to find similar online resources here in CA. I've already signed up for PropertyRadar and that provides some information, but not any of the detailed lien information and such.

Looking for assistance from local investors that attend these auctions. What resources do you use? Would love to partner with you.

Also, are there auction experts out there that bid for investors/buyers like me at the auction, for a fee? Do they provide all the research if you are interested in a property?

Looking for assistance from the local experts. Thanks much.

Thanks for starting this thread. I had a similar question as @Brad S. How to determine if a property has other mortgage / liens against it?

In NJ where I have been to the sheriff auctions, you could access the County property records online and research/determine what liens are on the property? Here I have tried both Alameda and Contra Costra counties and both show you the title of the docs that are recorded online but you are unable to get the details of the documents (maybe you have to pay to get them, not sure). How do other auction goer's research for a clear title on an auctioned property here in California?
