Calling Courthouse Steps Auction experts

Hi,

I moved from NJ to CA sometime ago and am looking to buy a primary residence in Alameda or Contra Costra counties and am looking for a good deal on a house. I have experience buying at auctions in NJ, but the system here in CA is fairly different. In NJ, I did most of the title research online myself via public resources, and had a pretty good system built up, and successfully flipped 6 to 8 houses last year. I am unable to find similar online resources here in CA. I've already signed up for PropertyRadar and that provides some information, but not any of the detailed lien information and such.

Looking for assistance from local investors that attend these auctions. What resources do you use? Would love to partner with you.

Also, are there auction experts out there that bid for investors/buyers like me at the auction, for a fee? Do they provide all the research if you are interested in a property?

Looking for assistance from the local experts. Thanks much.
