So I need to find a recommended CPA out in my area with interests in real estate and they should be able to help with all of that?

They talk about this in show 60 with Serge Shukhat. He used two LLC's. One that is used for purchasing the property and the other for property management. To the tenant's and on paper he came across as the property manager and not the landlord.

I am out here in the Las Vegas/Henderson, Nevada area. I am very new to real estate and am interested in getting the ball rolling. I am wondering if anyone has recommendations on who to speak with on starting an LLC or something along those lines. I am also looking to set up a Trust for the assets I own now so those can be distributed pproperly should something happen to me. I do not have any idea on who to go to about setting these up. So any recommendations and referrals are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
