Recommendations on Starting an LLC, Trust and Living Will

I am out here in the Las Vegas/Henderson, Nevada area. I am very new to real estate and am interested in getting the ball rolling. I am wondering if anyone has recommendations on who to speak with on starting an LLC or something along those lines. I am also looking to set up a Trust for the assets I own now so those can be distributed pproperly should something happen to me. I do not have any idea on who to go to about setting these up. So any recommendations and referrals are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi Jay

this is all info you need to speak to an attorney. You can always jump on legal zoom to get some general information, but a knowledgable real estate attorney is the way to go.  My CPA sets up my LLCs.
