@Scott M. Thanks. The turnkey stopped responding when I started asking these questions. They are well reputed turnkey and I was not expecting this response from them. Hence confused on their response.

@Mike Hern thanks for inputs! My earnest money is $1k. Not sure if it makes sense to do it since I have heard lawyer fees are a lot.

Turnkey wont give earnest money back. What are my legal options? Is it small claims court where property was in contract or where i reside?
