I have property in Cleveland ohio and wanted recommendation on gutter cleaning for my rental. Any recommendation on whether it’s worth it?

The leaves will soon be falling in Cleveland which can be a problem for your gutters potentially leading to ice dams on your roof, water in your basement or a variety of other issues. Cost $149

I had a call with turnkey and walked them through my reasoning. I am happy to say they made exception since I am return customer and they saw my point of view.

@Theresa Harris thanks for input. Yes there was inspection contingency. How do I figure out their broker? They might be broker since they are owners of company?

This was a standard investment agreement. Nothing different. I have few rental properties but this is first time I saw this from this turnkey.

@Jonathan R McLaughlin i did the inspection but quality of work was not good. So I didn’t go with the deal.
