Hello to all Big Pockets' newbies and vets alike. I am a semi-newbie coming out of Houston, TX and I am glad to be a part of this community. I have chosen the path of a Wholesaler to start. Right now I am working the Probate niche as to I have created a system to generate probate leads EVERYDAY. I hope to gain a lot more knowledge in this community, and in a few months I will be a teacher and inspiration to others in my current position as I gradate to the next level. I would appreciate any marketing tips and strategies as well as any additional info you have for me. Thanks for welcoming me.
