I feel so green! So transactional funding is the fee associated with the Title company doing the close itself? I'm not familiar with this part of the game at all...

Like @Thomas Quinn was saying check on your county's tax assessor website for owner info. When you find the owner of the property, I would send him a yellow letter expressing your interest in the property. VOTE this comment is it is helpful.
