Post: Vacant Land Purchase from LLC

I am interested in purchasing a piece of vacant land owned by an LLC. Unfortunately, the only public records are a mailing address, so I will need to mail a letter introducing myself and my interest in purchasing their property. Does anyone know of any good strategies to get a response from the seller? Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you! My wife and I live near Yarmouth and are open to any great deals between Halifax and here. We are in need of all personnel contacts if anyone has great recommendations; lawyers, lenders, property managers, General contractors, wholesalers, etc. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thank you everyone!

Hi guys my wife and I are new to NS and have moved here from Ontario, we were full time realtors and are now making the transition to investors, we are looking into BRRRR's, multifamily, and boost and flips, would love to connect with any of you to discuss experience and share potential advice and contacts?

Hi Chinedu, did you end up finding a GC? Have you had any luck in the Halifax Market with BRRRR's?

My wife and I are new to Bigger Pockets and are looking to set up our dream team in Nova Scotia. Anyone interested in working together or has any advice to breaking into this market would help us! Unfortunately, many resources are American-based, and we are having a tough time finding Canadian-friendly information and tools.

We are looking forward to getting to know some people and hearing about their experiences here in Nova Scotia.

Thanks in advance, and I look forward to hearing from you.

I hope everyone had a great holiday!
