Hi everyone!

I’m returning to Halifax next month after a decade of living in Ontario and California, and am looking to get started in real estate investing.

I'm interested in finding a 3-4 unit multi-family on the peninsula for an owner-occupied situation. I've begun analyzing potential deals on MLS, but eager to hear from anyone with similar experience in the Halifax area who may have some advice.

I’m also looking for recommendations for a real estate agent with multi-family/investment experience.
