Hello Guys,

Warm greetings, I am new a investor buying rentals mostly in Sackville and some areas in Dartmouth. Am looking to do my first BRRRR deal but estimating rehab cost is constantly giving me trouble. I will appreciate it if someone can refer or introduces me to a good contractor that will agree to walk a property with me an share some experience.
