What is the best algorithm for assessing ARV on SFH for wholesaling?

Propstream

Batchleads

Zillow

Redfin

Flueid Pro

Or any other recommendations?

Thank you

@Alex Ng Hey buddy, you could always reach out to some sub to guys that would take it over for you, and you could get an assignment fee, then move on to the next deal without having to deal with the stress. Either way I hope it works out for you Alex, dm if you have any further questions I will try to help you out.

@Rigo V. Hey buddy I live in Nova Scotia Canada and I am virtually wholesaling in NC, I have studied Jamil Damji's book "How to Wholesale Real Estate: The No-Cash Strategy to Build a Scalable Business" there is a section specifically where he advises agent outreach, I have followed this by contacting 10 agents a day everyday to build a CRM of agents that send me deals, both on market and off market, it has taken some time but I have decent deal flow now and they have a vested interest when they send a deal and are for the most part willing to go see the property for you, take pics, get infrastructure info etc. just make sure if you are using agents that on the state purchase and sale agreements permits you to assign the contract otherwise you will need to include an addendum in the contract to allow you to do so. I hope this helps and you're successful in your business, please feel free to dm me and we can hop on a quick call if that would help you. Have a great day my friend.

I am putting a decent amount of deals under contract, and am doing a lot of JV's on the deals, I am looking for a way to source end buyers directly to improve my spread, I am considering joining Pace Morby Subtto, Jamil Damji's Astro Flip, or Investorlift does anyone have advice on which would be best to connect directly with end buyers? thank you and I hope everyone's holidays were incredible.

Y'all must have ONE heck of a contractor to do the inside renovations AND build a legal ADU to match that comp for all-in budget of $50,000 to $70,000.

@Pat Lulewicz   I appreciate your interest Pat. It's great to see how supportive and engaged you are on this thread. Your success as a realtor must keep you quite busy, but it's really admirable that you take the time to contribute your insights here. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors!

I am confused, as this is currently active on the MLS but maybe not up to date yet.

Are you looking for end buyer for $300k all in including any assignment?

@Blake Novotney Hi Blake, yes, it was on MLS but hasn't been updated yet, and yes, I am looking for an end buyer all in at 300k, which includes my fee. Please feel free to message me if you're interested. Thanks, Blake.
