remote wholesaling- how are you doing it?

I started wholesaling at the end of the last year in PA. I am in NJ. I have feet on the ground in PA so they go to see properties for me and take pics, get contracts signed etc. I am hoping to scale and was wondering how others are going about doing remote wholesaling?

Do you have boots on the ground in every state/ area? Are you utilizing VA's?

No boots on the ground. It's not worth it for us to send someone to view the property unless there's a signed contract. We get them under contract based on conditions described by the owner, and then we hire a local photographer to get a video walkthrough and pictures. DocuSign is our best friend. Last year, we had only one contract signed in person, and that was because it was near our office and the owner only had a landline (though we could've sent a notary)
