What accounting software do you use to keep track of trial balance, and build financial statements for your wholesaling business?  Also for rehabs, what software do you use to track expenses related to type of work completed (electrical, plumbing, etc), and what features have been important to you in your business to analyze historical expenses on rehabs?

How do you use text messaging for lead generation?  Ex. Text 1111 to xxx-xxx-xxxx and have them fill out a form to sell house or send them info or something along those lines...

How do you currently automate your text message workflow in your business?  What service do you use?

@Marvin McTaw , we are starting to use Mojo, are there others you would recommend for a dialer?  If you're still using Mojo, how do you get your notes into Podio (Mojo told me Zapier will not pull the notes out of Mojo)?  Thanks!

Ive mostly used Google voice in the past for other numbers than my personal number.  Other than Google Voice, what do you use to run your business with multiple partners?

@Marvin McTaw

 Thanks for your feedback, it's appreciated.  Why don't you leave a voicemail using your automated dialers?

What do you have in your Operating Agreement for a multi-member LLC wholesaling business? Also, in hindsight, what do you wish you would have a had? Any short stories about it?

When you cold call prospective sellers, do you leave a voicemail?  What's a good example that's been successful in getting returned calls that lead to qualified sellers?

A partner and I are evaluating how to handle purchasing a property that comes from our joint effort of marketing for wholesaling properties. Basically if we do not want to sell it, and either of us would like to keep it as a rental, how to handle fairly purchasing them (value and location will all be different), or have a joint LLC that equally owns all the properties we decide to keep?

How have you handled this?
