Wondering what people are using to create and track their personal financial statements to include fixed assets and depreciation?  Not looking for recommendations on personal budgeting tools, but rather the creation of accounting statements. What do you use?

I am designing a couple options for the seller of SFR. I want to offer them the ability to sell to me with Seller Financing and I want to have all the paperwork completed upfront for them. Could you share an example of a promissory note you have used?

We have the premium subscription to Asana.  I havent thought of using it for this topic, so I am not sure if it is possible.  Does anyone know if Asana might be a solution?

Hi @Account Closed, we have been looking for a professional marketing company to handle our social medial, blog, and PPC.  Would love if you could share your agency and any insight to how you evaluated them and any other marketing companies.  Also, at what stage of your business were you when you went to a paid agency (time in business, X amount of deals, etc)?

Has anyone ever evaluated hiring a professional marketing company for their social media, website management/blog and paid advertising?

We are evaluating moving our online marketing and social media content to a professional company rather than using individual remote team members to create and manage.

How did you evaluate a company when you made the switch?  

How did you evaluate your own company at the time and how did you set expectations and goals going forward?  What data did you rely on to set realistic expectations?

I am looking for modern small home design plans (less than 1000sqft), with take-off materials list to build new construction duplex rental properties.  I love the idea of purchasing prebuilt homes moved onto the property, however locating plans and a materials list and using my own construction crew is an option.  How would you go about locating plans with materials lists or exploring the option of pre-built homes that can be moved onto a property?

I currently use an iMac, iPad, and iPhone.  I'm considering using a chrome book for mobility and to try an new experience (I enjoy technology and willing to explore new cell and tablets one day also).  Our real estate business is pretty much all cloud based and any custom Python scripts or other programs could run on my iMac if needed.  

Anyone have some pros/cons to the chrome book environment?

Also any pros/cons to specific devices?

I would like a touch screen display and high RAM is necessary for speed.  This device shouldnt need a lot of storage as most data and software we use is cloud based. Albeit, I do want enough to run local programs if needed and the device to operate quickly.  

Any problems with printing or connecting to mobile cell data?

I record my computer screen to communicate ideas of tasks to assistants and document Workflows to be created into training guides.  

Any recommendations on video screen recording tools (for Mac and PC)?

What's the best approach to take with Pay Per Click google ad marketing for seller leads (learn it yourself, VA, consultant, etc)? Any recommendations on who might have a productive google ad words service?
