Lately I have been analyzing investments looking for a buy and hold. Ive been looking at multis in my state of MA and also all over. I also am researching AirBNB trying to find the best use of money for long term cash flow. If you were looking to pit $100,000 (arbitrary number i picked) into investments where would you invest? How would you invest? For the sake of this lets take BRRR off the table as an option as I know this is the best.

There are some real cool things in there.  Fortune Builders hides their things pretty well from public eyes it seems as it would ruin the quality of their product the paying members have.  The Bigger pockets book the book on flipping houses goes through a lot that could help you set up systems

Such an interesting question. I am currently looking for places OOS to invest in. I live in MA and feel I can get better ROI elsewhere. The hard part is finding the right team to trust. I have met with a few people here that have been very helpful

My biggest learning lately is you need to have operating capital. If you are using hard money, keep a good amount in your bank account as you are going to have to float costs and get reimbursed.

Hey everyone I am still digging into long distance investing.  Is there an investor friendly realtor on here who would like to help me decide if I should buy multis in this area?

Hey Charisse,

We had this issue in Middlesex county recently and I tried angies list.  I described who we are and the project.  We got GC we are using and a good backup out of it.  Try it out and let me know how it goes.

It actually is better not to have your license to wholesale in MA in my mind. As a realtor they monitor closely for "pocket listings". The board is trying to ensure you put everything you get on the MLS to ensure a more fair buying process for the client.
