@Nicolas Beaujean thanks so much I appreciate your advice! So this is sort of a norm where investors will ASSUME they need to provide info without asking? I would think it would be a norm. I've noticed people put out a certain persona yet they don't have many properties or experience. Just being cautious out here!

@Nicolas Beaujean do all investors have a portfolio website? How can I make sure llc's are legit?

I'm just starting out. I've had a lot of contact with investors that want to partner up. I read in another forum "there are more actors in Real Estate than in Hollywood". That one really stuck with me! Besides just searching their name on Google. What is the best strategy to find what properties they own etc? To figure out how credible someone is?

Hi all! I'm new here. I'm located in Upstate NY. Ever heard of Corning glass? I'm about an hour from Rochester and Binghamton. Anyway. I will be getting my license soon but I'm also starting wholesaling. I have some investors interest already. I will be working out of nearby PA and NY. I keep getting conflicting information on NY. It's a tricky state for wholesaling. So I have a couple questions. #1 in NY do I have to use an attorney rather than a title company. #2 can anyone recommend a tittle company/lawyers that are familiar with investors and wholesaling. I'm having a hard time finding any that are knowledgeable outside of their normal transactions. Feedback is greatly appreciated here! It's a big goal for just being a beginner but I only want the very BEST. The best investors and the best companies involved. I expect excellence of myself and I want an excellent team. Ps. I DO have a title company for PA that at least understands investors and wholesalers but I am open to recommendations for PA as well. I'm close to Williamsport and Scranton. Thank you guys!
