Curious! Everyone has goals. That is a must for success, period. I'm wondering how detailed you are with your planning? Are you someone who believes the more detailed the goal, the better. Or are you the type that plans your next move with a specific direction in mind yet let's your intuition guide you move by move? How planned out is your business plan? I'm wondering if anyone thinks being too ridged with planning might stifle creativity and adaptivity? Do any of you have ADHD!? LOL. I'm curious to see the different personalities and how they relate to your business.

when it comes to goals, my philosophy has always been “be stubborn with the vision, but flexible with the path.” Like, as of Oct 24th 2021, my goal is to go full force into STRs because I believe it gets me closer to my vision, faster than other methods. But if someone approached me with an opportunity for say, a large multifamily deal, I wouldn’t say no to it just because I want to do STRs. It still leads toward the vision of $100K/mo in passive income
