I am looking at buying a property in Orlando Florida and am looking into taxes and insurance. I was told Orlando doesn't need hurricane but the taxes could be high. How would I confirm expected taxes and insurance?

I have a property I want to 1031 exchange. I paid 100k and it is now worth 200k. It is completely paid off and I want to buy a few properties with leverage. Do I need to use the full 200k or only the 100k profits?
