Anyone have any recommendations for investor savvy appraisers in the Huntsville area? Certified for "subject to" appraisals?

@Andrew Njoo on the lending side we are seeing better opportunities right now in Dallas on cheaper houses than the bigger purchases. DFW has a lot of opportunity but a tough market right now.

From the lending side, I'm seeing both markets ripe with opportunity. There are great deals to be had from a numbers standpoint in both Birmingham and Huntsville...both now and, projection wise, the future, too.

@Tyana Blackledge First of all, I agree with @Justin Hammond. To add to that, getting your "team" together always helps...that's funding, contractors, insurance, etc

@Lisa Walker no, I appreciate the response! Always trying to learn and better understand how to find borrowers so all that stuff is really helpful!
