Introduction and Seattle Flips

Hi BP!

I am a new member and thought I would take a moment to say hello to the BP world and introduce myself.

My name is Jared Carpenter and I am at a phase of my life where I am ready to work for myself 100% and commit fully to making real estate investing my career.  I have a background in finance, worked in Investment Banking for 3 years, and am now working in RE out in Seattle.  Having lived in Seattle now for a few months, my initial interest is house flipping in the greater Seattle area, and would love to hear any advice or critiques the community may have to this or if others feel there are better strategies or areas to target in the Seattle market.

Best regards to all!
