Its not alot of energy, its like going to anyother website. You just tell them what you want, get the price, pay, and your done. I'm fresh out of college, and 1 week into my job, so every dollar counts at this point. When I'm more established, Im sure i wont be complaining about 0.01 v 0.005

I could help getting in contact with the cheapest supplier who's match a criteria everyone can agree upon. I have some experience dealing with Chinese manufacturers, and they're fairly easy to swindle their prices down to nothing, since all they really care about it making the sale. Usually their prices are FOB(free of board), so shipping would be free.

Since theyre the manufacture, you can specify exact size, color, paper, weight of paper ect. And it looks like if you buy 500,000 you get each piece @ 0.005.
So 1,000 envelopes would 5 bucks. Let me know if you guys want me to get all this info for you.

Alibaba? Tradekey?

When ordering overseas you would usually have to buy a half million, but at fractions of a penny pricing. Maybe 5-10 people can go in on it together so everyone can get the pricing, but not get stuck with a 500,000 envelopes

Post: Who has become financially independent from Real Estate?

It would be great if your guys could answer the following questions
- Were you able to quit your day job and live off cash generated from RE?
- If so, what age did you start investing, and how long after investing did you create financial independence.
- Would it be difficult to manage 6-7 rentals while holding your day job?

Modify the background. Rather than having your logo with fluorescing blue, make it subtle. Perhaps just black and white. Its very distracting, and kinda cheezy.

Im in the same boat. Just graduated college a few weeks ago. Moved out to AZ for my full time job which pays well. And now that im out of college I have a TON of free time to pursure my real estate venture. I plan on saving for 1 year, and within that 1 year purchase my first rental. Good luck to you!
