My HP all in one printer has crapped out on me and it makes me want to go "Office Space" on it.

Looks like I am going to just buy a new one, but not sure which one to go with. Anyone have any suggestions? I have been looking at Brothers but not sure if thats the best bet or not.

Thanks!

Not really sure what you are looking to do here, be a little more specific as to what you need. I might be able to help you out.

I can get you better deals than that all day long. Matt is right, waste of time buying retail when you can find much better deals elsewhere.

That is what I thought. I wonder if people typically do this or rather just use certain realtors instead of hiring them.

I have lately been thinking of integrating a realty function within my business. Basically I would hire realtors to work for me.

I am wondering when people do this are they basically creating a brokerage so they can get some of the profits from the realtors. I was thinking that would be great plus to have some realtors on my team to help me acquire and look for deals, plus for wholesaling.

Wondering if anyone has experience with this.

I guess I do not have to, I just thought it was weird to have so many different companies. But I guess it really does not matter, I was really wondering if it was something smart or even possible.

My company here will be primarily for my rehabs and such. The others will be just to hold rentals

I want to establish a S corp or LLC here locally in Ohio as my main company. None of my rentals will be kept under this company, rather I will do all my rehabs through this company and any birddog or wholesale profits.

I am currently acquiring rentals out of state in Michigan and Indiana. I was thinking that I will set up separate LLCs in each place I have rentals and put them under that. Is it possible to keep all of these LLCs underneath my main company and separate liability.

Also is it better for me to have my main company set up as a S corp or LLC if I am not going to have any rentals under these?

Thanks!

I am just a birddog in the deal not assigning it. Thanks though.
