Realty Business

I have lately been thinking of integrating a realty function within my business. Basically I would hire realtors to work for me.

I am wondering when people do this are they basically creating a brokerage so they can get some of the profits from the realtors. I was thinking that would be great plus to have some realtors on my team to help me acquire and look for deals, plus for wholesaling.

Wondering if anyone has experience with this.
