Regarding team building which do you think is most important in the beginning stages of real estate buy and hold? Having a rockstar realtor salesperson Savy accountant/bookkeeper Trusty contractor Reliable handy man for odd jobs Knowledgeable real estate attorney Personal assistant These are some common people you like to have on your team but if you had to start from scratch and build a team who is first your adding to your team when starting out strong!
