Hey! good to see your putting to action that's amazing I have a couple properties also and one of the best things I've ever done was intern at a big time property management firm and that was eye opening many blogs and podcast don't talk about property management but its so important to learn that side. Whats most challenging for you right now?

The rental income helps much more than you expect. Go to a mortgage professional who is a person who says yes before no its always a way I had people tell me crazy stuff before and its so many variables into getting an investment loan.

It's hard to tell easier to show I took out of state investors out to look around get a feel of what's going on its some good spots and bad ones but giving a zip code may not be enough for one street will be abandoned and the next street will be kept in really good condition that's what makes it tricky for out of state investors is knowing the market in ground level

Do you think it is better to change my business address to a P.O. Box? The reasons is mainly for privacy from tenants so if they have to mail a check they wouldn't have to have my home address but i think it tax advantages if my home is a business office if that is a thing i could take advantage of.

Pros: Privacy, separation of personal and business

Cons: monthly payment, gas going to and from to nearest P.O. Box, and lost of tax advantages for not having a home office which would be my home

any suggestions? any thoughts? could I get any tax benefits for P.O. box compared to having my home being my business office?
