Hindsight is 50-50 for building a team
Regarding team building which do you think is most important in the beginning stages of real estate buy and hold?
Having a rockstar realtor salesperson
Savy accountant/bookkeeper
Trusty contractor
Reliable handy man for odd jobs
Knowledgeable real estate attorney
Personal assistant
These are some common people you like to have on your team but if you had to start from scratch and build a team who is first your adding to your team when starting out strong!

I would think that the real estate attorney would be a good start. He could give good advice on how to set up your business and might even have a good accountant phone number, one who has real estate themselves. You can get referrals from them and start checking their references.
