I think we were headed towards a more work remotely society, but the pandemic definitely made it move quicker, so I am not surprised that FB among other large companies has allowed their employees to work from home permanently. As for where they would move to, I would anticipate that they would move to an area that would allow more financial flexibility where cost of living is lower.

I am currently planning on attending, but will hold off on purchasing a ticket for now.

I havent had any issues yet with any of my properties. Fingers crossed that it continues that way.

The fees and trust are the biggest part for me, having under 20 units I can effectively manage everything with my property management software. If I get closer to 100+ units then I will reconsider a property manager.

I have lived in NY and CA. I would love to live in Hawaii someday, but will take Los Angeles for now.
