What is the secret to finding wholesalers in Connecticut that have correctly priced deals?

I know of several foreclosures that did not sell at auction and would like to contact the bank directly. I cannot identify any direct contact information. Is there a master list of banks and contact information anywhere?

I have several investors lined up who are willing to invest in a large commercial apartment building but are growing increasingly concerned with the municipality passing tenant friendly laws that make it more difficult to evict. Does it make sense to include clauses that limit a tenants ability to petition government for ideas that harm landlords over time? Is there a way to form a convenant that is written with the government to never pass laws that are hostile to landlords?

What is the secret to negotiating the price downward on commercial real estate in the Hartford CT area? 

How much money can I make pretending to be a real estate guru. Sure, I have success under my belt and have considered whether doing real estate training where I  don't deliver real value to offer much more profit. Should I take this on in my area.

Instead of flipping, consider shifting to owning multifamily or buying land and buiding houses on it.

Replacing windows and the price really depends on the contractor you use. You will have to stay away from big brand names such as Jeld-wen and anderson. There are more affordable windows on the market.
