Just started investing in Jacksonville, FL this past February with a SFH and am currently house hacking by renting it out the rooms. I want to scale quickly into the apartment complex game but with little capital it will take time. Are there any investors in the Jacksonville area that specialize in Apartment complexes?

First time buyer looking for a Single Family House in Jacksonville, FL. Location is everything so being closer to Craig Airport and the beaches is a priority. However due to the market everyone is buying above listing price. Any tips on how to make an attractive deal at listing price or less?

Does anyone have any advice on how to make an attractive offer during this market? It seems that ever house I look at buyers are paying over the listing price. I’m all about deals and ensuring my budget fits.
