First time home buyer in Jacksonville, FL. Location is everything, so being away from the city and closer to Craig Airport and the beaches are top priority. Does anyone have any advice on how to make an attractive offer during this market? It seems that ever house I look at buyers are paying over the listing price. I’m all about deals and ensuring my budget fits.
