Jacksonville, FL Apartments
Just started investing in Jacksonville, FL this past February with a SFH and am currently house hacking by renting it out the rooms. I want to scale quickly into the apartment complex game but with little capital it will take time. Are there any investors in the Jacksonville area that specialize in Apartment complexes?

Jacksonville is extremely popular at the moment - many are speculating it's only steps behind the Tampa MSA which is on FIRE right now with many assets trading in the low 4 cap area. We've been active in underwriting many properties in the area and have a few offers cooking at the moment. Like many other Fl cities, it's extremely competitive.
