@Denzel Ray Great advice! That's what I have in mind to get started as well. Can you continue to repeat the process of using the FHA loan and house hacking with 3.5% down? I've read some forums/listened to some podcasts that say you can and some that you can't I'm looking for some clarification. Thanks in advance!

@Patrick McDevitt I think if your seeing numbers with that much COC ROI you should check it out. Are you investing from out of state? I know Waterbury really well and it's based off the area and how well you screen your perspective tenant. What areas are you looking into?
