@Joel German Congrats! I strongly suggest reading "The House Hacking Strategy" by @Craig Curelop for all of your answers man! I'm in the same boat; I plan on house hacking when my lease is up summer of 2020. I've been reading a lot of FHA & House hacking forums getting educated but the book cleared up everything & it's good to go back and use as a resource!

@Stephanie Sicard I’m in the same situation as you; it’s cool to read your forum and 100% relate to it. You’ve gotten some great advice from some members above that I’ll be using! (Getting out and walking through potential deals). I would suggest (if you haven’t already) ordering the book, “The House Hacking Strategy” by @Craig Curelop and listening to the podcasts. I listened to the podcast that mainly focus on House Hacking/ Multi Families and it’s great insight for new investors! Thanks for the post!

@Sean Tippens Check out amazon for the audio, you might be able to get it sooner then later.

@Mindy Jensen PUMPED for this book!!!

- Listening to your first podcast the other day gave me a lot of clarification on House Hacking and I’m finishing up the most recent podcast right now!! The profitability vs comfortability aspect was key for me & I’m planning on my first house hack in 6 months. Thanks for the knowledge! @Craig Curelop

Hi everybody! I’ve been looking into day jobs that have to do with real estate and had an opportunity come out of the blue that I want to capitalize on; property management. I’ve been listening to some great podcast about systemizing and just want some suggestions on any podcast that speak on property management. Also, any advice/tips/tricks on property management would be greatly appreciated and applied! Thank you in advance!

@Michael Noto Thank you, the state website clarified the requirements. I figure finding a already licensed home inspector willing to lend their time may be the main obstacle...Time to start networking! Thanks again.

@Robert Zazac Great thread! I'll be following along; I've been interested in the same beneficial day jobs to help grow and make connections w/ REI. Thanks.

@Michael Noto Do you have any suggestions on how to get started in CT? I’m doing some research now; but any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
