Over saturated, sure. Just like anything - the ones that take it serious and run it like a business will take the market share. The hobbyists are exiting in droves.. which is apparent by the large amount of turnkey STR listed on the MLS right now. Just like any other niche, everyone flocks to the "easy" money until it's not easy anymore. Pareto's 80/20 principle will stand true again.

This month we welcome our guest speaker Jan Trisler. Jan was already in a transition period in her life as she was moving from Nebraska to Arizona as a divorcee but she decided to take it one step further and left her 9-5 to pursue real estate as an investor full time! She will share how she got started and where she is at now. Like many investors Jan has knowledge with multiple niches but will be sharing about her bread and butter, fix and flips.

After we hear from Jan, we will spend some time focusing on how you can get started in fixing and flipping or how you can scale to the next level. Bring all of your questions for us to solve together!
