Hi, So I finally passed my course and took the state exam last week. I am happy to say I passed it :) So I'm trying to figure out my next step. I am meeting with brokers all this week to see which one I like. I am in Miami, Florida . What I am looking for is a company with great training and a mentorship. I don't know if that's the best avenue for a new agent to go? Any companies you guys recommend ? I really appreciate it ! Thanks

I was actually at that seminar as well on Monday ! It definitely was inspiring. I joined here soon after while doing some research. This is definitely a great community. I am starting in wholesaling as well !

hi !

My name is Josh, I am new here. I've been thinking about getting into the RE business for a while now and finally jumped in after attending a few seminars and reading a few books. I am currently mid way through my real estate agent course and am eager to learn about investing in RE as well. I figured I mind as well tackle it from all angles.

I am looking into wholesaling since money is not needed to start investing. I know it's not easy and takes great work. I am hoping to find people on here or in my area with experience who I can learn from.
