I was having some problems finding a probate and pre forclosure list in my town I happened to find a tax delinquent list I live in louisville Kentucky their is a probate list online on the property tax list but nothing further help would be very appreciated

That's a interesting problem right there I would just see what the lawyer says and have them look up the information on the house. Where did you find your probate list I've had trouble finding one in my area I've called all the offices around town

@Renee Janowski get a big cash buyers list then start wholesaling as long as you can close on the deal I don't see the problem

Personally as a real estate investor do you all use a real estate agent to sell your houses that you buy and rehab to sell or do you put it on the market yourselves and send it to your buyers list and go that route id like to hear opinions let me know !

I'm was looking on my tax website for my county i live in Jefferson county Kentucky and I did not see forclosures on the list would it be listed as something else besides forclousre and I also couldn't find a list of fire damaged properties I found delinquent taxes and will and other ones though help please! I'm just starting out wholesaling and trying to find leads on motivated sellers

I was looking on Zillow trying to gather information on my market and I seen that there where only 75 properties in the last 6 months sold without a hoa and 4,000 with hoa properties should I consider this in wholesaling houses for finding the hot areas to wholesale in I need some input on this subject

I'm just starting off in real estate getting my real estate license and want to start off wholesaling I was wanting opinions on if you all think it's better to wholesale in a market that's better for sellers or better for buyers ?
