REi using real estate agents? Yes or no

Personally as a real estate investor do you all use a real estate agent to sell your houses that you buy and rehab to sell or do you put it on the market yourselves and send it to your buyers list and go that route id like to hear opinions let me know !

I always list. You get the most buyers looking at the property that way. Occasionally someone will buy during renovations that drive but but most have been sold through MLS
