@Tom Shallcross thank you I'm struggling with learn the softwares and organizing leads not very tech savvy but I'm trying to learn

I am a new wholesaler and I am better off on the sales part of real estate talking and negotiating numbers but I'm not to good with organization and having trouble using softwares and understanding all them what are some good software's for begginers for gemerating my leads and follow ups and also a software for auto dialing and transferring the people i call to certain list of interest levels ??

@Rob Bergeron I'll be going to some of the rei meetups in the future I want to be able to start doing real estate full time but I'm gonna start wholesaling part time and learning the business more and more untill I make my first couple deals or save up enough to where I can stop working for a few months and hit real estate really hard and pick it up full time

So I have been watching and reading up on the brrrr method and was very interested but the main question i have is after I refinance my first deal and get my second house to get refinance again does it replace the second loan for the first one or do I still have both loans I have to pay off on .?

@Jordan Hannes what court office would I talk to obtain them we have pretty big courthouses in louisville and I have a subscription I can buy to get probate and all other leads but I'm just starting out so don't wanna use that quite yet
