1) meaningful conversations- you will always talk about what you love the most... talk about real estate because you love it!

2) Learn YOUR  strategy on how YOU want to market ... if it’s FB do it big , if it’s networking find everything you can get into

3) don’t be afraid to ask someone that’s successful for advice. I walked into every office of the people I admired and asked them their Real estate story

4) know your office systems (I know KW and Caldwell Banker and simplicity etc all have their own)

@Michael Tucker The difference is there is def. double the profits with the airbnb in the back of the property...both together would be making 2k month in cash flow after all taxes and what not are paid
