Also look at Arkansas! Bentonville, Bella Vista, Centerton, Gravette, Rogers, Lowell, Springdale, Fayetteville

These areas have 3 Fortune 500 companies. Very stable area as well!

Hey congratulations on jumping into BP! So I live alittle further outside Houston . I live in the CENTER of 6 major chemical plants including BASF, Dow ,BP... the rental market here is KILLING IT, because you have the average Joe making 75-125k a year! Not only as a realtor , but as an investor I love this area! Rents are good area is good and my builder is making $$$ .

I think Bell Vista would be just as good for an Airbnb. If you get close to the bike trials hiking trails or even the lake you could do pretty well! I know people who rent them out for people coming in from Walmart as well!
