I Currently invest in SW Missouri and am looking to expand into the Bellavista and Bentonville Markets. I am interested in single and Multifamily Properties. If there are any active investors in the are I'd love to connect and learn more about the area.

@Sawyer Smith I'm originally from Lebanon, Missouri and went to college in Rolla, Missouri. Lots of family in Springfield. I'm actively looking in SW Missouri and Arkansas too. The problem is that inventory is really low just based on population. I live in Atlanta now so the Southeast has produced more assets that I hold.
