@Aron Cohen great job! That is a great deal. I look forward to hearing more success stories from you.

@Chris Viglietta if you use hard money to buy and rehab a property because you are not able to get conventional financing due to credit, will you be able to refi with conventional financing?  If not, do you have other suggestions for refinancing at that point?

@Eric Medemar I know the purpose of the question is to kind of throw them off of what they are expecting to hear, but if you are trying to wholesale property to them, why would you ask to buy their property that they just purchased a week ago?  What do you do if for some strange reason they say yes, but you have no intention of buying their property and only want to sell property to them?

@Etay Orlander Congrats on your first deal!  We are located in Groton, and are currently looking into properties in the Groton/New London area.  We have also done a ton of research in the area and could possibly give you some advice related to potential rent amounts and such.  It would be great to meet up and discuss as well.

@Mat O'Grady I really want to meet up with other investors in our area.  You should definitely revive the investor meetings!  Both my husband and I would love to attend.

@Jason Arcuri Are you familiar with the SE CT area as well, or do you focus mainly on the Southbury, CT area?

Great job!  Nice job with the kitchen design and such.  I agree with Dmitriy Fomichenko, and am also impressed with your numbers considering it took you a year to finish.  We are getting ready to do our first flip in the SE CT area, and would love to talk with you about your experience.

@Brant Hampton - I agree with Brant Richardson. You should not be paying for new floors if the contractor made a mistake.  They may give you a hard time about replacing it, but ultimately it should be them fixing it and eating the cost, not you.  My mom had a similar situation, only for her she was just remodeling her house, not flipping.  She kept on them about the floors, and by the 3rd try they got it correct, and she did not pay any extra.

@Jacqueline Carrington Thanks :).  I have a contact in another area of CT but unfortunately no one in my area yet.  I am hoping to find someone soon though, since I already have a house I am interested in flipping.

@Raymond B.  Thanks Raymond.  I have looked there a little, but I will def. check it out more.  My husband also bought J. Scott's book on flipping houses, so I plan to read through that as well!

I am looking for a RE agent in the Groton, CT area, that is experienced in working with investors to flip properties. I am also looking for a general contractor who has done flips in the past and is investor friendly.  Does anyone have recommendations?  I am also open to any other recommendations.  I am new to investing in SE CT, and I am looking to do my first flip.  Thanks!
